A MOTHER of two who is unapologetic about claiming £5mn-a-year in state benefits was spotted in a chauffeur driven Bentley last night wearing what appears to be a diamond encrusted crown.
Cathy Middleton, 33, from Reading in England, refused to explain why she was wearing such an expensive tiara last night, despite being unemployed for the past five years.
“She has two kids, a house paid for by the state and endless amounts of valuable clothes, shoes and vehicles at her disposal,” a neighbour told WWN today. “She doesn’t hide the fact that she’s bumming off taxpayers money either. Her husband too.” Waterford Whispers News
A stunning new map shows the complex network of rivers and streams in the contiguous United States.
Created by Imgur user Fejetlenfej a geographer and GIS analyst with a ‘lifelong passion for beautiful maps,’ it highlights the massive expanse of river basins across the country – in particular, those which feed the Mississippi River.
The map visualizes Strahler Stream Order Classification, the creator explains, with higher stream orders indicated as thicker lines. The Daily Mail
Akiane Kramarik is now 21 and her paintings have been selling for hundreds of thousands of dollars apiece.

“We always think young people aren’t interested by anything but it’s false. Young people love smoking pot,” says David Charbonneau, astronomer at the Harvard-Smithsonian Center for Astrophysics. “Chlorophyll concentration analyses generated by Kepler lead us to believe that the level of THC in these marijuana plants is 3000% higher than the plants found on Earth. If that doesn’t motivate young people to explore space, I don’t know what will”. The Joint Blog
Obama’s highly presentable, seemingly rational and incredibly lethal. I have no doubt that a President Hillary Clinton, a proven hawk, will more than carry on her predecessor’s legacy, and will do so with dignity and aplomb. She’ll be taken seriously and not be called ‘deranged’, or any variation thereof, by the fourth estate. They’ll probably go so far as calling her ‘hysterical’ from time to time because she does have a vagina. We expect that. NZ Herald
A pensioner has been held prisoner in her own home for three days by a flock of seagulls.
Barbara Cox had been hanging out washing at her house in Brighton when she noticed there was a nest containing a dead chick in her garden. The 80-year-old was then subjected to an attack by two gulls which swooped down and began clawing at her leg, drawing blood. Huffington Post
So many people are registering drones and applying for drone pilot licenses in the U. S. that federal aviation officials say they are contemplating the possibility of millions of unmanned aircraft crowding the nation’s skies in the not-too-distant future.
In the nine months since the Federal Aviation Administration created a drone registration system, more than 550,000 unmanned aircraft have been registered with the agency.
New registrations are coming in at a rate of 2,000 a day. By comparison, there are 260,165 manned aircraft registered in the U.S. NZ Herald

In December 2014, three “non-contacted” Amazon tribespeople – a young man, his mother and an elder female relative – were led out of the forest they had lived in their whole lives and taken to a village. A year and a half later, in an extraordinary twist, the two women have escaped back to the forest – taking just an ax, a machete and their pet birds. NZ Herald
